Everything you need to know about moving to Giant’s View Lifestyle Estate and the beautiful KZN Midlands.

Giant’s View is on the Kamberg Road in Rosetta, just outside of Nottingham Road in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. It’s about 45 minutes from Pietermaritzburg and the Drakensberg.
A small entertainment area will be developed, consisting of the existing swimming pool, to which a floodlit tennis court will be added and a small clubhouse facility. All sites have easy access to the floodplain and the Mooi River for trout fishing, walking, canoeing and wildlife. Included in the development will be the rehabilitation of the wetland and a bird hide will be built at the small dam on the property. Access control and security are in place giving us an ongoing security presence, achieving a safe and secure living environment without being too obtrusive.
Freehold with a Homeowner’s Association to manage the common areas. Sectional Title with Body Corporate for Giant’s View Village (GVV).
R1,700 per month for freehold sites, R1,900 for Giant’s View Village Approximately R1,600 for a municipal property valuation of R2,7M
There is a gatehouse with access control, a 1,8m high electric fence and armed response.
Cats and dogs are allowed. Dogs are limited to Labrador size (because of fence height) and two in number on freehold sites, one in Giant’s View Village.
